Last Sunday in History

It was a weekend that shouldn't have been remembered at least not for the killer hole 6 Siol. It just had to be my starting hole of all the 18 holes and i had a good swim with two balls down to the bottom of the monitor lizard filled ponds [both right side and left]. I played 8 on that miserable par 3 and my golf was gone. If RGS had been there and betted on that executive hole then i was doomed. I had to crawled and clawed my way back to produce some superb putting to come back with a respectable gross score of 3 under [par 100 layout course] - that is if there is one anywhere else in this whole planet except at KGS in this wonderful rainforest island of Borneo wher golf is played only by weekend golfers bent on slaughtering each other. I am ofcourse referring to the glamorous 4 who are inseperable come Saturday or late Sunday afternoon. I am not too sure how my nemesis fared in the late afternoon but with DS again skinless i believe things must have been quite good. So i am looking forward to this Saturday and hopefully that cruel fate on the par 3 hole six Siol will not repeat itself again.

  1. Pleasant thing first.

JS, you still have RM25 being cost of poor play provided by JABRICK the previous Sunday. I make no mention of who played well but still ended as loser.

As you might not know, JABRICK have had a selection game last Sunday at Prison Golf Club and the winner will represent the team. As it turned out, JB no longer commands the skill as he was soundly out-golfed. His skills was tested again at KGS and now I can safely disclose that RGS will play for JABRICK. May I also add here that this is only temporary because golf skills come and go. For now 'bring'em on' for me.

On a more determined note, JB is no longer testing his weapons. He had enough of that 'military exercise' with his weapons. He has analysed the data available with his new 'Ping' and told me it is ready for battle next round and the same with the driver. Based on the new GPS tracking system complete with yardard equipment deployed about 56 degrees by 75 degrees coordinate, it was revealed that the distant of his FT-9 made on hole 7, Siol last weekdend was about 17 meters more than the aging Honma driver! This is indeed a good news for JABRICK and a bad one for JASAP team. The most comforting though is less about the new weapon but more about JS's aging and obsolete instruments to face us next week.

If that is not bad enough, hear this.

"It was reported in the Dukun's journal last month that the Dukun who operated AP's back had failed to put in place all the muscles fibre necessary to ensure that AP's golf swing goes straight. After many rounds of golf, AP was puzzled about his inability to hit at the pin. He is now contemplating to sue the dukun but medical analyst doubt the credibility of such case." No wonder. All his golf swings tend to send golf ball to the West Malaysia before landing in the East Santubong!

So come Saturday, bang! Come Sunday Wack!
